Optimistic individuals have a significantly lower risk of dying from a stroke, heart disease or even an infection. Of course, positive thinking isn’t the magic pill to all our diseases but it’s scientifically proven to make our problems more manageable and thus lead us to deal with difficulties productively and positively.
